WANNABE WAGs used to be the only girls brave - or desperate - enough to head out without their skirts.
But this summer it seems less is more and celebs everywhere are going skirtless!
Loopy Lady GaGa is leading the charge (the girl has a different leotard for every day of the week), retro cutey Katy Perry loves a 50s-style, bum-skimming playsuit and bootylicious Beyonce is another fan of the legs-out look.
This trend has been on the boil since Sienna stepped out in a pair of big, granny pants and opaque tights to publicise her Factory Girl movie back in 2006.
But is this look sexy and cool? Or just pants?
